Lebedyn Cattle are largely employed for milk production. They produce excellent quality milk.
The Lebedyn Cattle is a milk cow strain from Ukraine. The strain can be known by a few other names, for example, Lebedin cows or literary: Лeбeдинcькa, Lebedynska. By crossing Grey cows using Brown Swiss, the Lebedyn Cattle strain has been made. It had been known as a strain in 1950.

Lebedyn Cattle are big creatures with well-proportioned bodies. The strain has similarities with the Swiss cows in look. The shade of this Lebedyn Cattle ranges from gray to dark brown.
Muzzle Even the forequarters and sides are a darker color. Bulls on pounds about 850 to 950 kg. Along with also a cow weighs about 500 to 650 kg.
The Lebedyn cows are extremely good milk producers. The cows generally create about 3,000 to 3,700 kg of milk per lactation, however, they produce more. This Lebedyn cows’ milk is made of excellent quality. Their milk comprises butterfat amounts that are high. Butterfat amounts averaging 3.76 percentage with a few cows giving more than 5%.
