The Polish rabbit is among the smallest strains and largely increased as pets and for display purposes. Even though it’s title is Polish, however, it is not a strain out of Poland. The bunny originated in the 19th Century in England. The strain was called Polish due to the ‘gloss’ of the glossy coat of it.
The specific origins of this rabbit are unknown. But they’re believed to possess Albino and wild silver Dutch rabbits.
The strain was created as a meat breed. But they have been considered a delicacy, Even though they’re smaller in dimension.
The bunny was exported from Britain in approximately 1912 to the USA. The strain is among those few rabbit breeds.
The Polish rabbit is streamlined, short and round appearance. They have pants also have a head with eyes and full cheeks. They’ve got hair that is nice and short.
The Polish rabbit comes in a variety of colors. The color kinds are agouti, black, blue, broken pattern, white and chocolate (red or blue ). Formerly the snowy rabbits with reddish eyes have been recognized.
